Full Tracking of Cone Crusher from Production to Shipment

In March 2024, Aimix reached a purchase agreement with a client from the Philippines for a set of compound cone crushing plants.

Now let me introduce the whole process of the equipment from production to delivery.

March 2024: Purchase Agreement Signing and Production Start

Aimix is one of the best crushing equipment manufacturers in China, this customer searched us through the Internet.

In mid-March 2024, after in-depth communication, the customer finalized its intention to purchase. We signed the purchase agreement.

Upon receiving the order, we immediately began organizing production resources to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.

March – April: Production Progress Report

To give the client a more intuitive understanding of the product’s production progress, our team communicated with the client several times. We shared real-time photos and videos of crusher plants from the production site:

• March 26, we shared production photos of the horizontal feeder;
• April 11, we presented the production status of the equipped generator set to the client;
• April 19, we packaged components such as the integrated electric cabinet, actuating cylinder, water tower, etc., and marked product information on each wooden box to ensure the customer could clearly understand the detailed information of each component.

May 2024: Preparation and Shipment

Immediately after production is completed, we organize the final inspection and packaging of the product. It was ensured that all equipment and components were intact.

Then, based on the prearranged plan, the shipment of the crusher plant for sale was arranged.

• Aimix provided detailed packing and shipping lists, including specific information about the goods, ETD (Estimated Time of Departure), and ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival).
• The shipment was sent in three shipments and each part was carefully packed to prevent damage during transportation. We also keep a detailed photographic record of the loading process.

By providing regular progress updates and detailed logistics information of the cone crusher, Aimix ensures efficient and smooth communication. Customers are kept informed of the progress of their projects in real time.
