Mobile Screening Plant Process from Production to Operation

At the end of 2023, we received an order from a customer in the Philippines.
The customer is engaged in the aggregate production industry, and he needed mobile screening equipment for screening the crushed stone materials.

Production and Testing Phase

After receiving the order, our factory responded quickly and started the production work. Due to the customer’s urgent demand, the factory adopted a highly efficient production arrangement. It ensured that the equipment could be delivered in the shortest time. Shipment to the Philippines

Considering the urgent needs of the customer, Aimix packed and prepared the equipment for shipment as soon as it was manufactured.

Equipment experiences bumps and collisions during transportation. Careful packaging can effectively minimize damage to equipment caused by these factors. If equipment is damaged in transit, repairing or replacing it can result in additional costs and delays. These potential additional costs and time consumption can be minimized through careful packaging and inspection.

At the beginning of 2024, the equipment left the port without incident and departed for the Philippines.

Installation and Usage Phase
